- A 50% deposit
is required to hold your reservation and must be received within
seven days of the confirmation.
- Full payment
is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.

deposit may be required and varies for the number of people.

- For cancellations
30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded less $100
cancellation fee.
- For cancellations
less than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be forfeited
unless date(s) can be rebooked.
- No refunds
or cancellations at holiday times (national and/or Hawaiian holidays
within the week).

after 3:00 PM. A door code will be given to you before you arrive.

- Upon payment
in full a confirming email with directions and entrance code will
be provided.
- Notice:
Maui county government may require us to confirm that only family
or friends are staying as guests and that our home is not considered
a transient rental property. We would then coordinate to show that
confirmed reservations are for coordinating with plane flights and
that our guests are our friends.
